Do I need recruiting experience? +

Not at all. This is sourcing — finding resumes and submitting them. You don't negotiate with candidates, make calls, or manage placements. If you can find a resume and verify an email, you qualify.

How do I find resumes to submit? +

LinkedIn, job boards, your personal network, alumni groups, community forums — anywhere people share their professional profiles. Many sourcers also work with job seekers who are actively looking and happy to be submitted.

What counts as a verified contact? +

A real, working email address (preferred) or a verified mobile number that Gritora can use to reach the candidate. If the contact doesn't work and we can't reach them, the submission is declined — even if the resume is strong.

When and how do I get paid? +

Payments are processed every Monday for the previous week's accepted profiles. Earnings are paid directly to your registered account. Standard roles pay $1 per acceptance, premium roles pay $2.

Is there a limit on how many I can submit? +

No cap, no ceiling. Submit as many as you like. The more quality profiles you source, the more you earn. There are no weekly limits or earning maximums.

What happens if my submission is declined? +

Submissions are declined if the candidate contact can't be verified, if they're outside the 100-mile location radius, or if the resume scores too low. You won't be charged for declined submissions — you simply don't earn on that one.

What's the resume score? +

Every submission is automatically scored out of 100 — based on role match, candidate proximity to the job location, and contact quality. Scores of 90 or above are auto-accepted instantly. Below 90 goes to manual review within 24 hours.
